The Hand Delivery Module allows hub operators to directly deliver consignments to consignees who visit the hub to collect their shipments. To make this process even more efficient and user-friendly, we’ve introduced several enhancements. These updates improve the accuracy of delivery tracking, provide better visibility into consignment details, and enable greater customization for operational needs.

Functionality

• Location Tracking: Automatically capture and display latitude and longitude for hand-delivered consignments in dashboards and reports.

• Multiple PODs: Capture up to 5 Proof of Delivery (POD) images to document deliveries more comprehensively.

• Receiver Details: Display receiver name and contact information in consignment dashboards and reports for complete visibility.

• COD Restrictions: Configurable settings to prevent COD consignments from being processed through the Hand Delivery module, ensuring compliance.

• Dashboard Enhancements: New columns for POD images, receiver details, and delivery data provide detailed insights into consignment statuses.
