To enhance the user experience and ensure data integrity, we've implemented enhancements to our system that now accommodate PODs from Blue Dart received within a specified timeframe, ensuring a more comprehensive and reliable tracking experience.
Feature Enhancement:
We have expanded the timeframe for receiving PODs from Blue Dart to three days. This ensures that all relevant delivery information is captured and displayed accurately on the dashboard, providing our customers with a comprehensive view of their shipments.
To maintain the highest level of data accuracy, we carefully analyze the time gap between the delivery status and the receipt of POD updates from carriers like Blue Dart. By understanding this delay, we can proactively implement some adjustments to ensure seamless integration and prevent any potential issues related to POD status updates. This proactive approach safeguards the reliability and integrity of our tracking system.

The system now allows Blue Dart PODs to be retrieved and displayed in the dashboard for up to 3 days, eliminating data gaps and reducing the number of errors caused.

Seamless Dashboard Integration:
All Blue Dart consignments will be tracked and updated accurately within the extended 3-day window, minimizing the risk of manual follow-ups. This feature will include displaying PODs in real time as well as within a gap of 3 days.
