We are pleased to announce the enhancement of our order rescheduling feature, designed to provide customers with greater flexibility in managing their shipments. This update facilitates seamless rescheduling for both self and third-party logistics (3PL) orders, improving the efficiency of the supply chain operations.
Key Features:
Direct Rescheduling via Customer Portal: Customers can now request discounted rates directly through the "Spot Rate Request" option, which redirects them to the SRF portal.
Automated Rescheduling for Self Orders: Orders rescheduled by end customers are automatically moved to the Unplanned bucket, awaiting further action.
3PL Order Integration: For 3PL orders, rescheduled orders are communicated to LTL where integration exists, triggering the rescheduling process for the 3PL partner.
Daily Reports for Non-Integrated 3PLs: Where direct integration is not possible, daily reports will be generated and sent to relevant carriers to facilitate manual rescheduling.
Enhanced Raven Link Functionality: End customers can select a new delivery date through the Raven link, with the option for a specific date or the next possible slot.
