We are pleased to share with our clients that they can leverage the recently launched integration with ICICI to facilitate QR-based and Cash-based payments for their end-customers via the rider app only. The payment mode can be enabled for the customer and hub by the clients, and this is easily configurable. Thus, the clients can choose for which hubs do they wish to have both the options (QR-based and cash) and only one option (cash or QR-based).
This feature allows the riders to generate a QR-code online at the time of delivery for the orders that are not prepaid (CoD), if the end customer wishes to make the payment online. This QR-code can be scanned by the customer to make the payment online. Otherwise, they can collect the payment in cash as well. The integration offers our clients an intuitive, secure and reliable way to bypass the cash management and helps them reduce the cash handling costs as well, by allowing the riders to collect online payments.
