We are excited to announce the release of our latest update focused on improving the overall customer experience (CX) for delivery/order tracking. We have developed an exhaustive and comprehensive CX score measurement and reporting feature that will enable organizations to proactively collect customer feedback and map it against multiple critical metrics and events for rider-level, hub-level, and org-level improvements.

The new feature enables users to proactively collect customer feedback for the live tracking feature for delivery/order tracking. The CX score is mapped against multiple critical metrics and events for rider-level, hub-level, and org-level improvements. The complete report is aggregated at the organization level for internal purposes and will have two scores based on multiple metrics - CX scores for customer experience and internal scores for identifying issues at the data level.

Overall, our latest update introduces a powerful tool that will help organizations enhance their delivery process's overall CX score while ensuring that customers receive a seamless experience throughout their order journey
