We are delighted to share that we have recently released a role-based email scheduler in the Analytics module of Shipsy BI to improve the organization and user-level security.  

We have implemented a new feature in eMail schedulers. Instead of allowing users to input any email address for scheduling an email, we are now offering a drop-down menu with all the job roles that are relevant to the Query Builder and Analytics module. The clients can now specify a role (defined in the employee setup section), which means that the eMails will only be sent to users associated with that role, ensuring data security.

Hence, when multiple users are part of a role, each user will receive emails based on their hub permissions. For example, if User A has access to Hub A and User B has access to Hub B, they will only receive data related to their respective hubs. This update helps avoid any data breach at both the organization level and user level.
