Overview:

This feature introduces a Two-dimensional quality check process for deliveries, allowing for more granular control and validation at the item level. It ensures that both the rider and the end user evaluate the condition of specific items within an order before accepting or rejecting the delivery. This is based on a checklist defined in the soft data, ensuring that each item meets quality expectations before the delivery is confirmed.

Key Capabilities:

  1. Piece-Level Checklist for Item Validation:
The system allows for a piece-level checklist, where the rider can identify if an item or order qualifies for this detailed validation. This ensures that only eligible items undergo the checklist process, optimizing time and resources.

  2. Step-by-Step Checklist Execution:

    • The checklist consists of multiple predefined steps or questions.

    • If any checklist step fails, the process can be terminated immediately, preventing the rider from proceeding further. This allows for real-time validation and avoids unnecessary steps when a failure is detected early.

    • Validation occurs for each individual checklist question, with the option to either continue evaluating further steps or halt the process when a failure is detected.

  3. Mandatory Checklist Validation:
If a checklist question is mandatory, the rider's input is matched against the expected answer in the soft data. If the input does not match, the system immediately triggers a checklist failure notification to the rider, ensuring timely alerts and action.

  4. Configurable Checklist Process:

    • The process allows for configuration to either evaluate each question immediately or wait until all questions are answered before triggering a failure notification.

    • This flexibility enables businesses to customize the checklist process according to their operational requirements and product types.

Benefits for Clients:

  • Enhanced Delivery Accuracy: Ensures that deliveries meet quality standards by validating each item at a granular level before confirming the delivery, reducing the chances of customer dissatisfaction.

  • Real-Time Feedback: Immediate failure alerts allow riders to quickly identify and resolve issues, reducing unnecessary time spent on failed deliveries.

  • Customization Flexibility: The ability to configure the checklist evaluation process at a question level or cumulative level enables businesses to adapt the feature to their specific needs and improve overall efficiency.
